The accident assistant

The "Describe your accident" tool sends the text you type to an AI service operated on our behalf, which returns informational suggestions about which listed firms may fit your situation and which questions to ask at a free case review. That text is not stored in our database unless you also submit the case review form. The assistant is informational only — it is not legal advice and does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Where it is stored and for how long

Submissions are stored in a private database hosted for this website, protected by access controls that limit who can read them. We keep submissions for as long as needed to follow up on your request and to maintain our records, then delete them.

Cookies and analytics

This site may use basic analytics to understand which pages and listings visitors use. That information is aggregate and is not used to identify you personally.

Your choices
